Every Walt Disney World resort has a bell services desk that accepts pre-arrival packages and rentals on behalf of registered guests. We drop your stroller at bell services the day before you check in (whenever possible), tag it with your last name and check-in date, and bell services holds it until you arrive. You walk up, say your name, and roll away.

Return works the same way: on checkout morning, drop the stroller at bell services with our pickup tag attached, and we collect it on our schedule. You're already at the airport by the time we pick up. We coordinate directly with your host or property manager for gate codes, lockbox instructions, and preferred drop windows. MCO airport delivery & return

Orlando International Airport is our most-requested delivery location. On the day of your arrival, we track your flight in real time (there is no fee for delays, red-eyes, or gate holds), and our driver stages at the outer curb of your arrivals terminal — Terminal A, B, or the new Terminal C. Once you clear baggage claim, text your driver, walk to the outer lane, and we hand you a sanitized stroller and (if booked) a Chicco OneFit car seat.
