How does delivery to Disney, MCO and Universal work?+

We hand-deliver at no extra cost. For Disney and Universal on-site resorts we leave the stroller with bell services for contactless pickup. For MCO, our driver meets you curbside at the arrivals lane you specify.

What's included with every rental?+

Every stroller ships with a rain cover, full sun canopy, parent organizer, cup holder, snack tray and underseat storage. Car seats include the base and a sanitized cover.

Are the strollers park-compliant?+

Yes — every stroller in the fleet is under Disney's current 31″ × 52″ limit and meets Universal Orlando's size rules, including Epic Universe.

How are strollers cleaned between rentals?+

Deep cleaned with a child-safe, hospital-grade sanitizer, fabric-washed, and inspected by hand before every family.

What if my flight is delayed?+

No charge for delays. We track your flight in real time and meet you whenever you actually land — including red-eyes and late arrivals.

Can I extend my rental mid-trip?+

Absolutely — just call or email and we'll extend your reservation on the spot at the prorated daily rate.

Do you require a deposit?+

A card on file secures your reservation. You're only charged when the stroller is delivered.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your delivery window.
